Insurance Agent – AI Career Guidance Evaluator
About The Role What if your real-world experience in the insurance industry could directly shape how AI guides professionals through their careers? We're looking for experienced Insurance Agents, Brokers, and Producers in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to evaluate and improve AI-generated career advice — making sure it's grounded in accurate, practical, and industry-specific knowledge. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep professional expertise in insurance and strong written communication skills.

What You'll Do
- Review career-related questions submitted by insurance professionals at different stages of their careers
- Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within the insurance industry
- Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice
- Identify AI outputs that are inaccurate, unrealistic, or unhelpful for real insurance professionals
- Apply your knowledge of the Texas insurance market to help improve AI career coaching tools
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Professional experience as an Insurance Agent, Broker, Producer, or Account Executive
- Strong familiarity with insurance sales, client acquisition, policy management, and Texas Department of Insurance licensing requirements
- Excellent written communication skills
- Able to provide practical, actionable career guidance rooted in real industry experience
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI or tech background required
Nice to Have
- Active Texas insurance license
- Experience across life, health, property, casualty, or commercial insurance
- Experience coaching or mentoring other insurance professionals
- Sales leadership or agency management experience
