Global Financial Controller
Seeking a full-time Global Financial Controller, the successful candidate will manage financial planning and analysis, oversee management reporting, and lead M&A activities while working remotely from Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global FP&A processes, including budget KPIs and performance analysis, while preparing deliverables for the Executive Committee Participate in M&A activities by screening opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting financial integration of acquired companies Collaborate cross-functionally with regional heads and local finance teams to address finance-related topics and support corporate strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA or ACCA certification is a strong plus Minimum 15 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or business partnering in multi-regional corporate environments Proven track record in M&A, including due diligence, integration processes, and valuation analysis Advanced proficiency in financial tools and systems, including Oracle ERP and data analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau Fluency in English and local language; fluency in German is a strong advantage
