Develop and implement financial strategies to support the division's growth and profitability goals. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans and initiatives. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, both internally and externally. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive financial decision making and enhance business partnerships. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate and timely financial information to support strategic business decisions. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations and increase efficiency. Monitor and manage risk within the division, proactively addressing any potential issues. Stay informed of industry trends and changes in financial regulations, and make recommendations for adapting to these changes. Serve as a strategic partner to the division leadership team, providing financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and success. Represent the division in financial meetings and presentations, effectively communicating financial information to stakeholders at all levels. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the finance team. Adhere to company values and ethics, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
