Job Overview and Responsibilities We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Travel Advisor to manage comprehensive travel arrangements for our entertainment industry clients. This remote position requires a commitment to weekend shifts (PST hours), with opportunities for additional hours. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
- Addressing client inquiries and responding promptly to travel-related questions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date travel records and itineraries

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in travel planning, ideally within the entertainment sector
- Demonstrated proficiency in Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System)
- Outstanding organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail
- A proactive, positive attitude with a solution-driven approach
- Strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction
- Capability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
