In this context, we are looking to incorporate an Executive Account Lab to join our commercial team in Mexico. About the role: This position aims to manage and develop the business of laboratory solutions, combining the management of existing accounts with the generation of new opportunities in the assigned territory. It is a role with a high level of autonomy, strong focus on consultative sales and fieldwork, and constant interaction with technical and industrial clients. The person will join a consolidated and collaborative sales team, made up of sales executives specialized in laboratory solutions, with close leadership and a focus on results. Teamwork, the exchange of best practices, and peer support are key in the day-to-day. Main responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the LAB client portfolio in the assigned territory.
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities (hunting and farming).
- Make in-person visits to clients and present high-value-added technical solutions.
- Provide comprehensive follow-up to the sales process, from lead to closure and after-sales.
- Meet commercial objectives and defined KPIs.
- Record and update opportunities, activities, and pipeline in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing) to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Profile we are looking for:
- Education in Chemistry, Engineering, Biotechnology, Environmental, Laboratory, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, in laboratory, water analysis, or scientific industries.
- Proven experience in field sales.
- Experience in selling technical services and/or service policies.
- CRM management (Salesforce desirable; not exclusive).
- Result-oriented, autonomous, and excellent relationship-building skills with technical clients.
