Part-time Faculty, Medical Laboratory Programs - Clinical & Diagnostic Health Sciences

JOB Teaches assignments through didactic, laboratory, and/or clinical courses in the Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) program. Prepares instructional materials and delivers course content in alignment with course objectives and program competencies. Evaluates student performance using appropriate assessment methods and provides timely feedback. Maintains accurate records of student grades. Ensures course content reflects current clinical laboratory practices, methodologies, and quality assurance principles. Utilizes learning technologies (e.g., LMS) to deliver instruction and communicate with students. Supports student learning and competency development and contributing to program effectiveness consistent with professional standards and accreditation requirements. Collaborates with program faculty and leadership in maintaining course quality and consistency and adhering to institutional policies, procedures, and accreditation standards. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students in a timely manner. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university provided tools and resources.
