About the Role
As the Account Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service from onboarding through ongoing account management. This role is ideal for someone who has experience working in a digital marketing agency and is comfortable discussing PPC, SEO, and marketing performance with clients. You'll collaborate with internal teams, communicate campaign results, manage client expectations, and help identify opportunities for continued growth. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to translate marketing data into meaningful business insights.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication. Lead client onboarding and ensure a seamless transition into active campaigns. Communicate with clients via Zoom, phone, email, and messaging platforms. Present and explain PPC, SEO, and Local Services Ads (LSA) performance reports in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Manage client expectations and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance. Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve results and grow client accounts. Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the customer journey.
Requirements
What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in an Account Manager, Client Success, or similar client-facing role. Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency. Strong understanding of: Google Ads (PPC) Local Services Ads (LSA) SEO fundamentals. Experience discussing digital marketing performance and strategy with clients. Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), both written and spoken. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL). Experience creating landing pages within GoHighLevel. Experience building automations and workflows in GoHighLevel. Familiarity with CRM management and marketing automation. Experience supporting lead generation campaigns. What Success Looks Like Clients receive timely, professional, and strategic communication. Marketing reports are presented clearly, helping clients understand campaign performance and next steps. Client satisfaction and retention remain consistently high. Internal teams are aligned through effective communication and project coordination. Opportunities for account growth and optimization are proactively identified.
Benefits
Salary: $1,200 - $1,400/month with an increase after couple of months. 100% Remote anywhere in LATAM.
