Workday HRIS Director
Workday HRIS Director - Up to $220,000 + 30% bonus - Remote (US) We are partnering with a privately held organization seeking an HRIS Director to own and evolve their Workday HCM environment, driving the roadmap and continuous improvement of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall direction of Workday and shape the roadmap alongside the business
- Act as the go-to person for Workday design decisions and configuration approach
- Support global growth and acquisitions from a Workday perspective
- Lead bi-annual Workday releases from planning through to deployment
- Stay hands-on in the system where needed, while guiding others day to day
- Make sure Workday continues to work well as the organisation grows and changes
Live modules: Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Talent, Reporting & Analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience across all of the above modules, with a strong preference for Advanced Compensation and Payroll. Experience Required
- 7 or more years of hands-on Workday experience, ideally in a complex, global organisation
- Experience owning a Workday HCM environment end-to-end
- Comfortable leading and developing Workday team members, with direct people management experience
- Strong, practical experience with Advanced Compensation and Payroll
- Used to working in fast-moving or evolving environments where the system needs to scale
- Exposure to M&A or large organisational change is a plus, but not essential
