WFM Optimized Scheduler Consultant
Consultant Opportunity Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Workforce Manager Practice. Responsibilities: Provide client-side review of WFM system configuration, specific to Optimized Scheduler features Provide some 1:1 training, answering questions from client's system administrator to increase confidence in system Assist with the creation of job aids, as needed for rolling out the Optimized Scheduler more broadly across their org. Required Qualification(s): ADP Workforce Manager Optimized Scheduler (Advanced Scheduler) expertise Solid communication skills Documentation skills for job aid development Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity, with an immediate start date. Duration is estimated at 100 hours to start with the possibility of extending.
