Technology Consultant, ACC/Forma This role sits at the intersection of technical consulting and pre-sales strategy, focused on enabling successful adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions across Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AEC&O) organizations. You will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, helping translate complex customer requirements into scalable, workflow-driven solutions. The position plays a key role in accelerating deal progression by delivering compelling demonstrations, shaping solution architecture, and supporting proposal development. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure technical alignment and momentum from early-stage discovery through close. This is a highly client-facing role requiring both deep platform expertise and strong business acumen. You will also contribute to thought leadership efforts through industry engagement and customer success initiatives. Accountabilities:
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client workflows and design tailored ACC-based solutions aligned with business needs.
- Architect and recommend end-to-end Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions, focusing on workflow integration and data management optimization.
- Develop and deliver detailed technical proposals and solution documentation to support sales progression and deal closure.
- Design and present customized product demonstrations, showcasing ACC capabilities and competitive differentiation.
- Support and execute technical components of paid pilots and proof-of-concept engagements to validate solution value.
- Partner closely with sales representatives to maintain deal momentum from qualification through closure.
- Contribute to thought leadership through industry events, presentations, and technical publications.
Requirements: This role requires a technically strong and customer-facing consultant with deep expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud and a strong understanding of AEC&O industry workflows. The ideal candidate combines technical pre-sales experience with consultative communication skills and the ability to translate complex solutions into business value.
- 5–7 years of experience in AEC technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or implementation roles.
- Strong expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and related workflows.
- Deep understanding of AEC&O industry processes, challenges, and digital transformation needs.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging technical presentations and customer-facing demonstrations.
- Experience developing solution architectures, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to support pilots, proof-of-concepts, and hands-on technical implementations.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a consultative, customer-first approach.
