Job Overview Withum Wealth Company is seeking a dedicated and professional Work-from-Home Live Chat Support agent to join our team on a Full-Time basis. Responsibilities
Engage with clients in a professional, timely, and empathetic manner through our live chat platform. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the right methods and tools. Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust. Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within agreed time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and to resolve complex queries. Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain our high standard of service. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer support or client service role, preferably in a live chat environment. Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with proficiency in using digital communication tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a remote setting. A dedicated and quiet home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is desirable but not essential. Previous experience in the financial services or wealth management sector would be an advantage.
