[Remote] Customer Service Reprehensive – Must be Call Centre Environment

Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries by providing high-quality responses
- Efficiently process transactions and track responses to ensure completion
- Enhance and strengthen relationships between our clients and customers by using strong communication skills, keen listening skills, and empathy
- Efficiently access and navigate systems to provide a complete and integrated response to the customer’s inquiry
- Perform responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while exercising strong verbal, interpersonal, and high-quality service skills
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience required
- Ability to work a shift during the hours of operation
- Must be flexible with overtime; shifts may occasionally change based on business needs
- A passion for serving customers and a personal commitment to attendance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to successfully pass Background screening requirements, including criminal history and education
- Must be available to work OT, evenings and/or weekends
- Prior call center experience preferred
