Weekend & Nights Dispatcher

- Coordinate and dispatch shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management teams.
- Monitor and track shipments using TMS, YMS, and other tracking systems.
- Solve problems quickly and effectively to handle unexpected challenges.
- Make sound decisions under pressure to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and shipment updates.
- Support and uphold company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work four (4) 10-hour shifts per week.
- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in dispatching and logistics software, including TMS, YMS, and shipment tracking tools.
- Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
