- Possess superb design taste, you heard right. It's the one thing we can't teach you.
- Native understanding of how users interact with sites and the ability to design that journey.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in web design or digital media.
- Strong portfolio showcasing website and creative UI design work.
- Attention to detail and strong visual design skills (layout, typography, color theory).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and user-centered design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (not required to code, but must understand limitations and possibilities).
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools and processes.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, marketers, and project managers.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, able to present work to clients and explain design reason and purpose.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and Webflow, with Shopify being a plus.
- Understanding of SEO principles related to web design is a bonus.
What you'll be doing You will be designing web sites, landing pages, and digital marketing assets for our in-house team, as well as for our global parent and sister agencies. You'll work with awesome people who all follow a core value set and who genuinely care about what they do.
