Virtual Dental Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Independent Contractor)
Position Summary Total Care Dental & Orthodontics is seeking a reliable and professional Virtual Receptionist to support our dental offices remotely. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while assisting with scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls professionally.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Verify patient information and insurance.
- Respond to patient calls, texts, and emails.
- Make outbound calls for confirmations, recalls, and follow-ups.
- Document patient interactions accurately.
- Assist with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or virtual assistant experience.
- Dental experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Reliable high-speed internet.
- Personal computer and headset.
- Quiet, professional workspace.
Compensation $6–$9 USD per hour, depending on experience.
