[Remote] Oracle Fusion Finance Architect

The Oracle Fusion Finance Architect delivers ERP solutions to help healthcare clients achieve better business performance through the implementation of Oracle Fusion’s Financial, Human Capital, and Supply Chain Enterprise Fusion Suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute day-to-day activities of Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients, including implementation support, process design and project reviews
- Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training and defining support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementation and/or optimization activities for functions such as:
- Financial Accounting and Financial Reporting
- Assets and Projects
- Banking and Settlement
- Expenses
- Grants
- Endowments
- Develop and execute unit and system test plans
- Drive cross-team design and development via functional leadership and mentoring
- Help troubleshoot issues and processes and aggressively drive toward resolutions
- Identify and support Supply Chain projects related to business process, data conversion, data retention and integration
- Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities for Impact Advisors’ ERP Practice and other service lines
Skills
- 7+ years of experience of ERP Finance implementation experience required
- Minimum of two full life cycle implementation with Oracle Fusion Finance
- Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Oracle Fusion Finance
- Demonstrated leadership abilities for project teams and client management
- Experience with and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionality
- Experience with and understanding of Oracle Fusion integration processes and Best Practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with office productivity software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one settings and group presentations
- Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills
- Team player and ability to multi-task in a progressive and fast-paced environment
- Healthcare experience required; patient accounting knowledge preferred
- Experience with Visio and MS Project desirable
