[Remote] Senior Account Executive, Workday Healthcare
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mercer Digital is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive. This prominent role involves direct collaboration with C-suite executives and focuses on driving sales within the Workday practice while cross-selling traditional consulting services and other Cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals by maintaining and gaining high- yield accounts through referrals, following up on RFPs, general market exposure and frequent interactions with existing Marsh accounts
- Develop an effective method for targeting accounts to address and market to an evident business need
- Evaluate complex or large-scale account needs or expectations to generate appropriate responses to RFPs, sales presentations and formal sales proposals
- Identify opportunities on the business value of products and solutions where appropriate to expand existing Marsh accounts
- Leverage an advanced understanding of all operating company solutions & offerings to facilitate cross-op co sales deals and maximize company profit while servicing client needs
- Check in with high-level account stakeholders throughout the sales process and shortly after sales transactions have been completed to ensure the quality of service meets or exceeds expectations
- To be an acknowledged member of relevant professional and industry-related organizations and to attend, contribute to and plan conferences and relevant engagements to expand and maintain a large professional network and gain exposure
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 to 8+ years of experience with ERP or Human Capital Management (HCM) applications
- Consulting leadership experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Ceridian, UltiPro, ADP or similar
- Ability to articulate a broader value proposition that includes the full scope of Workday, HR Transformation, Change Management and other advanced technologies
- Ability to work within a matrix environment working across lines of business, Clients Managers and key Consultants
- Experience working with the various phases of an implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodology
- Experience consulting with clients on implementation strategy
- Experience presenting software solutions in front of technical and business audiences
- Ability to build strong relationships within the prospective organization inclusive of identifying and cultivating a strong coach within the account
- Experience in driving strategic sales strategies designed for the C-suite level
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills are essential
- Experience selling with a Workday Partner
- Strong history of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience Selling in the Medium and/or Large Enterprise Space
