Utah LCSW/LPCC – Part-Time Remote
Utah LCSW/LPCC (Independent License Required) – Part-Time | Remote Make a Meaningful Impact While Enjoying True Flexibility We are seeking compassionate, independently licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our growing team serving individuals and families throughout Utah. This fully remote, part-time opportunity is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement an existing practice, transition into telehealth, expand their clinical experience, or enjoy greater flexibility while making a meaningful impact. Position Part-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Location: Fully Remote (Must hold an active Utah license permitting independent clinical practice.)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy services via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, biopsychosocial evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and formulate DSM-5-TR diagnoses, when clinically appropriate and within the scope of practice.
- Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered behavioral health services.
- Monitor client progress, update treatment plans as needed, and coordinate continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with Utah regulations, payer requirements, HIPAA, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with referral sources, care coordinators, primary care providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive client outcomes.
- Maintain professional, ethical, and legal standards in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations and professional licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Utah Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in good standing with the Utah Division of Professional Licensing (DOPL).
- Authorized to provide independent clinical services within the State of Utah.
- Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy.
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Comfortable providing services through secure telehealth platforms.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
- Experience documenting services for Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance.
- Previous telehealth experience preferred but not required.
- Bilingual or multilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits
