Job Description
Treasury Operations Analyst (Banking & Cash Management) Are you highly detail oriented, process driven, and interested in building a career in Treasury or finance? In this role, you'll play a critical part in managing banking activities, executing wire transfers, and supporting cash movement across multiple banking partners. What You'll Do
- Execute critical banking activities: Prepare documentation to open, close, and maintain bank accounts and related services
- Manage daily wire activity: Initiate, review, and release wire transfers with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
- Support cash flow operations: Consolidate and process transactions to enable effective liquidity management and investment decisions
- Monitor account activity: Track balances, identify potential overdrafts, and ensure funds are properly allocated
- Leverage Treasury systems: Utilize the Treasury Workstation and bank portals to execute transactions and maintain data integrity
- Provide operational support: Troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance with internal controls, and maintain accurate documentation
- Partner across teams: Work closely with Treasury, business units, and external banking partners to support daily operations
- Ensure business continuity: Perform critical tasks during business resumption events to maintain uninterrupted financial operations
What You Bring Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
- Ability to work effectively within a structured and controlled environment
- Experience or comfort working within Microsoft 365 tools
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through

- Exposure to banking, finance, accounting, or treasury operations
- Experience working with wire transfers, cash management, or financial systems
- College degree (preferred but not required)

Compensation offered for this role is 19.76 - 30.33 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
