The duties involve supporting our financial sector clients in efforts to locate and recover collateral. Candidates must be able to utilize computer technology to manage a case load, use a variety of investigative databases, and provide engaging service on the phone with a professional demeanor. Candidate must have reliable, high-speed internet and suitable working environment at home. The successful candidate will need to pass pre-employment screenings. Drug-free workplace. • High-volume account management
• Manage client and customer communications
• Provide professional and regulatory compliant communication at all times
• Document and update records based on interactions or investigative progress

Note: Depending on location, certain restrictions may apply Position Requirements Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, law enforcement, collections or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to compile progress reports for clients and/or supervisors
• Ability to communicate in English in both written and verbal forms in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to comply with company policies, guidelines, rules, and directives
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to remain in a stationary position at a desk/workstation for an extended period of time.

This is an office-based (currently home office) position, no field work is required.
