Learn more at www.medius.com Job overview Medius's Marketing team is moving aggressively to apply AI across its go-to-market motion. This role exists to make AI deployment within marketing and sales trustworthy and compounding — not reckless. You'll identify the AI bets worth making, instrument every deployment so we can see where AI is helping versus quietly hurting, fix the data problems that actually matter, and own the standards that keep it all coherent. And throughout, you'll analyze current performance and recommend ways to optimize marketing's impact on pipeline and revenue. You'll be the person who let's marketing say "yes" to AI confidently — because you've built the foundation and the measurement that tell us whether it's working. This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting to the VP, Marketing Operations & Analytics, with strong influence across the marketing leadership team. Responsibilities and Duties - Run the AI-initiative loop Identify AI opportunities across marketing and cross-functional partners; evaluate pros and cons and set prioritization. Build deployment plans, project-manage cross-functional teams, produce enablement materials, and define and measure success. Own measurement, attribution, and reporting Manage multi-touch attribution (Bizible/Adobe Marketo Measure) while exploring marketing mix modelling and incrementality testing. Run customer-journey, demand-funnel, and lead-scoring analysis. Turn marketing-automation and CRM data into KPI dashboards, monthly reporting, board decks, and ad-hoc executive analysis using Power BI. Build and evolve the enabling data foundation Improve data architecture, integration, hygiene, and identity resolution across the tech stack. Stand up the measurement and instrumentation layer; triage data-quality issues by their impact on AI outputs. Shape the GTM stack Sharpen the marketing-to-sales hand-off through measurement and process improvements. Influence how each tool is configured and used — especially its AI features — flagging feature overlap and dirty data, in partnership with tool owners and IT security. Qualifications - 5+ years in marketing/sales analytics, including 3+ years at a fast-growth company. A track record of evaluating, deploying, and measuring AI in a marketing or GTM context — with the judgment to do it on imperfect data. SQL: able to independently query, validate, and profile data. Power BI: connect to data sources, build dashboards, manage and edit existing reports; understand ETL well enough to define requirements. Hands-on experience with Bizible / Adobe Marketo Measure and attribution modelling. Strong CRM and marketing-automation platform experience, with a solid understanding of how data flows across the CRM/MarTech stack. Equally comfortable setting strategy and standards and executing hands-on. Bachelor's degree or higher; ability to pass a background check. Preferred qualifications - Python (a tiebreaker, not a requirement). Familiarity with 6sense and Qualified. Understanding of marketing mix modelling and incrementality testing. Statistical modelling, experiment design, and A/B testing. Customer-journey and demand-funnel analysis. Breadth across analytics tools (Bizible, Power BI, DOMO) and experience with Google Analytics / web analytics. B2B marketing of cloud or high-technology products or services. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration; ability to make complex data clear to executives. What Success Looks Like in 12 Months - 3–4 genuinely high-impact AI initiatives live and measured — quality over quantity. A unified KPI reporting suite in Power BI measuring marketing programs, funnel metrics, and GTM performance, with DOMO migration complete. An insights engine that has demonstrably shaped GTM decisions — not just reporting numbers, but driving the actions behind them. An attribution framework adapted from Bizible's new-business model to fit the aftermarket (existing-customer) sales motion. An AI-tooling evaluation framework in regular use, with security review built in. A data-quality baseline and remediation roadmap underway, prioritized by what most affects high-stakes AI outputs.
