Job Responsibilities Managing infrastructures and civil engineering: Monitoring the state of buildings, participating in construction, renovation, and modernization projects, helping to verify the compliance of infrastructures and proposing corrective actions if necessary. Piloting maintenance: Assisting in the management of preventive and curative interventions, following the preventive maintenance plan, ensuring the proper execution of work on all sites, enforcing QSE rules and regulatory obligations, participating in the definition of maintenance ranges, procedures, and technical sheets. Technical purchases and stock management: Participating in purchases related to infrastructure and maintenance, monitoring supplier relations and subcontracting, checking stock levels of parts and consumables and ensuring the availability of critical elements, helping to develop and monitor the maintenance budget. Continuous improvement and performance: Monitoring interventions in the computerized maintenance management system and analyzing key indicators, being a driving force for improvement actions, completing technological surveillance and improving safety, energy performance, and the sustainability of works. Required Profile You are preparing a degree of at least Bac +3 or specialized in civil engineering and building. You know how to prioritize, plan, and structure interventions, while ensuring rigorous follow-up. Versatile, you enjoy working on varied missions. You like teamwork and easily collaborate with internal services and contractors.
