SUPPLIER INTEGRATIONS PRODUCT LEAD Travel advisors sell across dozens of suppliers, each with its own portal, its own booking process, and its own way of paying commission. That's hours that should go to clients. Direct supplier integrations on Tern replace all of that. This role owns the build of those integrations. You'll own net new supplier integrations end to end. You'll get partners across lodging, cruise, insurance, and more connected and bookable on Tern, and growing the share of trip GMV that flows through the platform and can be monetized. Supplier revenue is the biggest new line Tern is building, and every integration you ship is more bookable, monetizable volume. You co-own the booking-coverage number with the supplier GM and partner closely on the supplier sales side. And you turn one-off integrations into a repeatable playbook, so the next partner is faster than the last. WHAT YOU'LL DO Own and sequence the net-new supplier integration pipeline against the booking-coverage goal, making the trade-off calls on what ships next Run partner technical calls, defining exactly what each integration needs Partner tightly with the senior integration engineers to unblock builds and chase partner side issues to the finish when an API doesn't work as documented Co-own the booking-coverage number with the supplier GM and partner closely on the supplier sales side Turn one-off integrations into reusable interfaces and patterns so each new partner ships faster than the last Manage many partners in parallel, sequencing dependencies and delays across a concurrent roadmap WHAT YOU HAVE Partner and API integration experience. You've built integrations against other companies' APIs, ideally many of them. You can point to integrations you drove end to end, not one slice of one. Technical fluency. You hold your own with engineers and partners on auth, tokenization, payments, inventory, and pricing. No translator needed. Project management at scale. You've run a multi, partner pipeline, sequencing dependencies and chasing partner, side blockers across many concurrent builds. AI, forward by default. You already build with AI tooling in your daily workflow and raise the bar for the people around you. Schedule flexibility. You're comfortable flexing hours to work with international engineering partners.
