Job Description

This is a remote position. As a Strategic HR Partner (Honorary), you will hold an official title with a registered Indo-Canadian HR firm, listed on our company profile and brand materials. You will be associated with a growing Pan-India HR advisory brand backed by a Canadian parent organization with 7+ years of industry experience. This is a flexible, non-exclusive, fully remote arrangement. There are no mandatory hours, no operational deliverables, and no financial investment required. You participate entirely on your own terms. Should you choose to engage in project work — recruitment mandates, HR advisory, L&D, compensation analysis, or compliance projects — compensation is agreed in writing before any work begins and paid within 30 days of client payment or project milestone. This program is open to professionals across India. All activities can be fulfilled remotely, alongside your existing commitments. Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience across any industry
• Current or recent designation at CHRO, VP-HR, Director HR, or equivalent seniority
• Strong understanding of HR strategy, talent acquisition, or any specialized HR domain
• Active LinkedIn presence — your profile URL is required as part of the application
• Independent consultants and semi-retired executives are strongly encouraged to apply
• Must be based in India (any city)
• No capital investment, no fees, and no minimum time commitment required to participate
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality of client and company information
