Job Summary We are seeking an accomplished Senior UI/UX Designer to research, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences that support multiple business functions and diverse user groups. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design lifecycle, from translating business requirements into intuitive user experiences and interactive prototypes to developing responsive front-end interfaces, conducting usability testing, and supporting applications throughout their operational lifespan. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in user experience design, visual design, information architecture, and front-end development, combined with strong hands-on experience building responsive, accessible, and component-driven web applications using modern web technologies. You will work closely with product managers, business analysts, software engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality digital products that enhance customer satisfaction and support strategic business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and continuously refine intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces for enterprise web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with organizational design systems, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines. Author user-centered designs by conducting user research, developing personas, creating journey maps, wireframes, information architecture, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively translate business requirements into exceptional digital experiences. Develop responsive, component-based front-end applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React (or equivalent frameworks such as Angular or Vue), ensuring cross-browser compatibility, accessibility compliance, and optimal performance across desktop and mobile devices. Design and implement reusable UI components, design systems, and front-end architecture that enable scalable development, simplify maintenance, and ensure visual consistency across multiple enterprise applications. Actively participate in product strategy, UX workshops, architecture reviews, and design discussions by evaluating usability trade-offs, recommending user-centered solutions, and aligning business objectives with technical feasibility. Continuously evaluate and optimize user experience through usability testing, accessibility audits, analytics review, performance optimization, responsive design improvements, and iterative enhancements that deliver measurable improvements in customer engagement. Implement and maintain robust design systems, component libraries, style guides, interaction patterns, and documentation that promote consistency, predictable user experiences, and efficient collaboration between designers and developers. Develop comprehensive usability validation processes—including heuristic evaluations, moderated usability testing, A/B testing, accessibility testing, prototype validation, and design reviews—using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Hotjar, Google Analytics, and UserTesting. Contribute meaningfully to front-end build processes, design handoff workflows, version control, component documentation, and deployment collaboration using Git, Storybook, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar platforms, enabling efficient and reliable delivery of user interfaces. Proactively identify usability issues, accessibility gaps, inconsistent design patterns, technical limitations, and user experience bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement initiatives through research findings, design recommendations, and iterative refinements. Collaborate effectively within Agile/Scrum delivery teams by participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, design reviews, stakeholder demonstrations, and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality user experiences. Maintain clear, current, and comprehensive design documentation—including design systems, UI specifications, interaction guidelines, accessibility reports, usability findings, developer handoff documentation, and style guides—so that knowledge remains shareable and products remain scalable and maintainable. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a closely related discipline. Five or more years of professional experience designing and developing production-grade web or mobile applications with a strong emphasis on user experience and interface design. Strong, demonstrable understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and end-to-end product design processes. Advanced working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React. Hands-on production experience creating responsive user interfaces, interactive prototypes, reusable design systems, component libraries, and scalable front-end architectures. Proven experience developing front-end applications using React, with working familiarity in Angular or Vue considered a strong plus. Strong knowledge of responsive web design, CSS frameworks, browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), front-end optimization techniques, and UI performance best practices. Solid experience with Git-based version control workflows, Agile development methodologies, design collaboration tools, developer handoff processes, and release management practices. Hands-on experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs, cloud-hosted applications, authentication systems, and modern deployment environments. Strong analytical thinking, usability evaluation, debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to solve complex user experience challenges through research-driven design decisions. Preferred QualificationsExperience designing enterprise applications involving dashboards, workflow management systems, data visualization, real-time collaboration features, or complex business applications. Familiarity with Storybook, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SASS, animation libraries, Progressive Web Applications (PWAs), and modern front-end performance optimization techniques.
