Location: Washington (100% Remote) Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing Associate / IT Procurement Analyst with strong expertise in IT procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end sourcing activities, running RFX processes independently, and working with IT software, cloud solutions, and professional services procurement. SAP Ariba experience is required. Key Responsibilities: Lead sourcing and procurement activities for IT software, cloud solutions, consulting, and professional services. Manage end-to-end RFX processes including RFI, RFP, and RFQ events. Conduct supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor management activities. Negotiate IT-related agreements including cloud and software contracts (AWS experience preferred). Utilize SAP Ariba for sourcing events, procurement workflows, and contract management. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support business objectives. Maintain sourcing documentation using SharePoint, Excel, Adobe, and Microsoft Office tools. Handle multiple sourcing transactions while maintaining quality and timely delivery. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or IT procurement. Strong experience with IT software, IT services, and professional services procurement. Proven ability to independently manage RFXs and contract negotiations. Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba is required. Strong supplier management, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, SharePoint, and Adobe. Preferred Qualifications: AWS contract negotiation experience preferred. NCMA or procurement-related certifications are a plus. Experience working with managed service providers preferred.
