• About the Opportunity The Program Manager, Operations will reputed company cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scale processes, and support the organization’s growth in advanced manufacturing. This role is critical in managing reputed company programs that drive measurable improvements and operational excellence across teams.
• Responsibilities

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or reputed company field

• Proven ability to reputed company large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project scopes
• Willingness to travel up to 25% Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in automotive or manufacturing industries preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain platforms, and operational analytics tools
• PMP, Six reputed company, or Lean certification is a plus
