Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Node.js / NestJS)

This is the job Join a core platform team supporting a large-scale digital transformation for a leading telecommunications company. This is not a typical feature-development Full Stack role. The position is focused primarily on backend integration services (around 70% of the work) combined with frontend development and modern cloud platform engineering. You'll work on business-critical enterprise systems, cloud-native infrastructure, and integrations with complex enterprise platforms while helping improve the developer experience across the organization. This is you 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience Strong TypeScript and Node.js development experience Hands-on commercial experience with NestJS Commercial experience with React or Next.js AWS in production environments Kubernetes, Docker and Helm Terraform / Infrastructure as Code Enterprise API integrations Experience building or maintaining large-scale production systemsX Fluent English (spoken and written) Nice-to-have skills: Experience in the telecommunications industry Experience with GitOps workflows and ArgoCD Experience with Salesforce, Netcracker, or other enterprise platforms Experience with Storyblok or other headless CMS Platform engineering or developer experience toolingGitOps / ArgoCD Salesforce integrations Netcracker This is your role Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, and React Build and support cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and GitOps practices Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms, APIs, and third-party systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and business-critical solutions Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices Contribute to platform engineering initiatives that improve developer experience and system reliability What awaits you at Avenga?
