Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Automation QA Engineer (Python) to join our team and play a key role in testing the backend of a customer’s CCaaS solution. In this role, you will support and improve existing test automation, identify and troubleshoot defects, and validate new features to ensure system stability, scalability, and compatibility with evolving product functionality. Our client is a leading cloud contact center platform offering advanced tools for call routing, analytics, and automation. It enhances customer service, increases efficiency, and supports seamless omnichannel interactions, empowering businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in software testing or QA Experience with programming concepts and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript (Nice to have) Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure Knowledge of version control, bug-tracking, and test management systems Experience in back-end testing, API testing, or microservices testing Troubleshooting and analytical skills, basic log analysis Practical experience with databases (MySQL or similar)Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux Desirable skills: Experience with programming concepts and scripting in Java Basic understanding of security protocols (OWASP, PCI Compliance) Experience with high-volume transactional systems is a plus Additional Information We Offer: Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
