Salesforce Developer (Sales & Marketing) - Offshore
Salesforce Developer Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions to support sales and marketing business functions. Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including workflows, validation rules, dashboards, reports, and process automation. Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), AmpScript, Visualforce pages, and system integrations. Support Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce platform enhancements based on business requirements. Collaborate closely with business users, sales teams, marketing teams, and functional consultants to gather and analyze requirements. Integrate Salesforce with external systems, marketing platforms, and third-party applications. Troubleshoot system issues, perform bug fixing, and optimize system performance. Support data migration, deployment, testing, and release activities. Ensure development activities comply with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines. Prepare technical documentation and provide post-implementation support when required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience in Salesforce development and customization. Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud functionalities. Experience in Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools. Understanding of sales and marketing business processes is preferred. Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control, and deployment processes is an advantage. Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage. Familiarity with basic insurance processes is preferred.
