Salesforce Admin/Developer
Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Administration
- Administer Salesforce orgs including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls.
- Configure and maintain objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.
- Integration with external identity providers like OKTA, using SAML or OIDC.
- Manage data integrity through data imports, exports, cleansing, and validation.
- Monitor system health, manage releases, and support platform upgrades.
Salesforce Development
- Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and security models.
- Develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Manage Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, middleware, and event-based architecture.
- Support CI/CD processes using Salesforce DX and version control systems.
- Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Manage data integrity, backups, releases, and sandbox environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce and AI solutions.
- Support user adoption through training, documentation, and change management.
- Participate in UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
Integration & API Support
- Integrate Salesforce with the MuleSoft API Gateway and external systems.
- Support real-time and near real-time data exchange using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with MuleSoft and backend teams to define data models and integration patterns.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure secure data transmission.
Security, Compliance & Governance
- Implement Salesforce security best practices aligned with CMS, HIPAA, and federal security standards.
- Support role-based access control (RBAC) and audit requirements.
- Participate in Section 508 and accessibility considerations where applicable.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and security controls.
Agile Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II).
- Experience with federal or healthcare projects (CMS, Medicaid, Medicare).
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS interoperability, and data privacy regulations.
- Experience with case management or investigative workflows.
- Configure and manage Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein AI and Salesforce Agent Framework (Agentforce).
- Implement AI-driven agents for sales, service, and support automation.
- Design and deploy AI use cases such as intelligent case routing, next-best actions, AI summaries, and conversational agents.
- Configure prompts, actions, and workflows for Salesforce AI agents.
- Integrate Salesforce AI agents with business processes, flows, and external systems.
- Ensure responsible AI usage including data privacy, access control, and governance.
- Experience implementing AI use cases such as recommendations, summaries, and automated responses.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Residency Requirement: Candidate must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and must have lived in the United States for at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years.
