Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who stays cool under pressure and is ready to provide high-level support to one of the most impactful individuals in our business at our Santa Monica location. We are open to non-local candidates who can align with Pacific Time working hours. Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 / Hourly This position is bonus eligible and includes great incentives for high-impact performance. What you will do? Deliver personable and responsive customer service by serving as a trusted point of contact for client questions, concerns, and order needs Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to navigate orders, resolve issues, and keep customer priorities moving forward Review, update, and maintain quotes upon request, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and aligned with customer needs Maintain accurate sales and order information in internal systems, including order processing, purchasing activity, vendor updates, and customer backlog management Stay organized with customer follow-ups, forecast reports, and order updates to help release, reschedule, expedite, or cancel purchase orders as needed What you bring to the table!
