Sales Representative, Die Cast (Southeast Territory)

Responsibilities: Assist customers in their efforts to be cost-effective, using effective value-added selling techniques to outline the benefits of our products. Grow market share in assigned territory; Meet or exceed annual territory budgeted forecast. Identify and communicate industry trends, territory activities, competitive activity, and customer requirements to ensure that Chem-Trend can meet or exceed expectations within the industry segment and other new markets. Prepare timely written and verbal reports. Maintain excellent working relationships with customers through regular contact with decision-makers, corporate management, and influential personnel at any level. Maintain Chem-Trend’s image of supporting the product after the sale through excellent customer service. Sell all assigned product lines to customers to secure marketplace position. Utilize purchase agreements and long-term contracts to prevent competitors from selling low margin products and placing profitable products at risk. Diffuse competitive threats at key accounts with a sense of urgency. Use product selection criteria to ensure the best product or technology is offered to customers to provide customer satisfaction and profitability. Provide technical assistance to customers and troubleshoot product and process issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical specialty field (Die Cast) 5+ years of experience in value selling 5+ years of experience in a leadership or competitive function ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
