Job Description: We are seeking a bilingual (English Spanish) Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact and voice of the firm, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and professional impression. In this role, you will manage high-volume communications, guide prospective clients through initial conversations, and coordinate essential administrative processes that keep operations running smoothly. You will play a key role in capturing accurate information, maintaining consistent follow-up, and helping the team stay organized and responsive. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and can balance empathy with efficiency while delivering exceptional service.

• Compensation Range: 1,015 USD to 1,100 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Transfer calls to appropriate departments or staff
• Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, texts, and faxes
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Follow up on missed calls or unattended inquiries
