About the Role

The Sales Leader – Enterprise will own new business generation across strategic enterprise accounts, selling innovative SaaS solutions that sit at the intersection of HR tech, private healthcare, and employee benefits. You’ll sell to senior stakeholders beyond HR — engaging CHROs, CFOs, and Procurement leaders — positioning our platform as a critical enabler for employee engagement, cost optimization, and wellbeing strategy. This is a senior, high‑impact role for a commercially driven builder who thrives on autonomy and is comfortable representing one of the fastest‑growing SaaS businesses on the global stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales within enterprise accounts across the US South and Central regions, with a personal quota of $2M ARR.
  • Build and execute go‑to‑market plans that engage C‑suite‑level decision‑makers across Finance, HR, and Procurement.
  • Lead complex, high‑value SaaS sales cycles from prospecting to close, including RFPs, stakeholder management, and executive sponsorship.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Customer Success to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans to expand presence within key industries (healthcare, enterprise services, tech, and manufacturing).
  • Deliver sharp, consultative storytelling around ROI, employee outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the brand as a thought leader in employee benefits and HR innovation across events and industry forums.

Experience & Skills Required Essential

  • Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales with consistent quota achievement ($1M+ ARR).
  • Experience selling employee benefits, HR technology, or healthcare SaaS solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen engaging CFOs, CHROs, and Procurement stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of complex B2B buying cycles and enterprise procurement processes.
  • Exceptional consultative selling and presentation skills.
  • Confident operating autonomously within a high‑growth, global environment.
