Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Logistics & Customs Brokerage (Hunter) Location: Phoenix, AZ | Nogales, AZ | Los Angeles, CA | Remote (Northeast–Midwest Corridor) Position Overview A fast-growing logistics organization is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a true hunter mentality to drive new business across ocean imports, drayage, customs brokerage, and domestic transportation. This is a high-performance, results-driven role with full ownership of pipeline, pricing, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and grow a new business pipeline through cold calling and outbound prospecting Close net-new customers across ocean import, drayage, customs brokerage, and domestic FTL/LTL Sell value-driven logistics solutions, not rate-based transactions Structure profitable deals and manage pricing and margins Transition accounts to operations while maintaining strategic oversight Consistently hit and exceed revenue and gross profit targets Requirements 5+ years of logistics or freight forwarding sales experience Proven track record of hunting, prospecting, and closing new business Strong experience selling ocean freight, drayage, customs brokerage, and domestic FTL/LTL Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and carrier dynamics
