As a Payer Relations Coordinator, you are responsible for managing relationships with insurance payers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for skilled nursing services. This role involves verifying patient insurance benefits, obtaining prior authorizations, and resolving any issues related to insurance coverage. The coordinator will work closely with the admissions, billing, and clinical teams to ensure compliance with insurance requirements optimize revenue cycle outcomes. Do You Have What It Takes? A fire and passion for working with seniors A flexible, fun, and energetic personality High school diploma, or equivalent, required Minimum of five years of prior related experience required Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player Prior experience in payroll in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred Professional image in both appearance and behavior Excellent written and oral communication skills Why is Tutera THE Employer of Choice?
