- Conduct market research to identify and build targeted lists of prospective clients aligned with the firm's service offerings

- Draft personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages using approved messaging frameworks
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns and manage prospect conversations professionally
- Qualify interested prospects and escalate warm opportunities for follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities within the CRM
- Organize and update lead data, contact records, and prospect statuses
- Support weekly and monthly KPI targets related to prospect research and appointment setting
- Communicate effectively with internal team members via Slack, email, and CRM platforms
- Identify opportunities to improve outreach processes and campaign effectiveness
