Sales & Customer Service Officer

The company offers services including tours, cruises, and corporate travel programs, delivering seamless and reliable travel experiences across international destinations. Job Overview We are looking for a responsive and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Officer to manage enquiries, support sales conversions, and ensure a smooth customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently during night shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other platforms
- Provide accurate information on travel packages and promotions
- Follow up on leads and support conversion into bookings
- Handover qualified leads to the sales team when required
- Ensure all enquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare daily reports including enquiry volume, types of enquiries, and lead status (pending / converted / handed over)
Requirements
- Preferably based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia
- Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, responsive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working night shift hours
- Prior experience in customer service or sales support is an advantage
Working Hour: Working remotely: 7:00 PM – 2:00 AM (SGT) Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 (depending on experience)
