Key Responsibilities  Streamline Procurement Processes: Efficiently evaluate and process requisitions, ensuring precision and on-time delivery.  Manage Contracts: Conduct comprehensive reviews of contracts and ensure adherence to all contractual requirements.  Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Partner closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Accounts Payable teams to facilitate seamless operations.  Vendor Management: Establish new vendors in the system, foster strong supplier relationships, and negotiate advantageous terms.  Leverage Technology: Utilize cutting-edge tools such as Coupa and Concur for Accounts Payable processing and Excel for data analysis.  Stay Informed: Analyze market trends to make data-driven purchasing decisions based on current market conditions. Required Skills  Proven experience in a Buyer role with a solid grasp of procurement principles and best practices.  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.  Detail-oriented with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.  A robust work ethic and a commitment to achieving outstanding results. Qualifications  Previous experience in procurement or purchasing roles is essential.  Familiarity with contract management and vendor relations is preferred.
