As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with website visitors and providing them with prompt and helpful responses to queries. At the start of your shift (you can choose your own hours) you log in to the business’s website and start responding to the messages that come in from questions. At the end of your shift, you log out and are paid daily.
- Contract length: No fixed term
- Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
