- Responding to customer inquiries via chat
- Providing information about company services and products
- Assisting customers with placing orders and reservations
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
REQUIREMENT
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hospitality industry and customer needs
