[Remote] Workday Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Workday Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to enhance talent acquisition processes, focusing on data management, process improvement, and training for new team members.
Responsibilities
- Lead data management and integrity for the TA function by:
- Centralizing sources for data accuracy in both Recruiting and Onboard processes
- Create easy access to source for past candidates or students within our systems
- Ensure usable data is captured to derive workforce insights, for example, hiring trends and opportunities to increase ROI, SLA compliance and recruiter performance
- Ensure proper formatting and SEO strategy to increase the numbers of qualified applicants
- Create intuitive report dashboards for all Recruitment data related to multiple roles (Manages, Recruiters, Administrators, University Relations, ELT, etc.)
- Design and implement proactive approach to see accurate data in real time and look for trends
- Lead process Improvement and drive measurable operational effectiveness:
- Streamline tasks and notifications to allow for less email and more efficiency; eliminating the chance for steps to be forgotten and/or ignored. These processes allow for clear communication with the broader cross-functional teams
- Monitor performance and overall efficiency of Workday ATS to ensure we achieve optimal output, partnering with the Workday Systems Administrators to execute changes
- Gather feedback from TA teammates and broader org to look for areas of opportunity
- Provide real time resources within the ATS task to help text or guided tours
- Set up and optimize approval chains for requisitions and offers
- Support and improve the interview scheduling and candidate experience workflows
- Identify and resolve issues with duplicate candidate profiles
- Referral Management:
- Own all reporting and data accuracy related to the management of the teammate referral program, including quarterly reporting to the ELT on the program's performance
- Tools, Solutioning and Innovation:
- Actively engage with Workday Community and understand upcoming releases and make recommendations on utilization of releases
- Build and maintain skill and knowledge of available Workday functions to lead Recruitment process innovation, including training and QRG’s for the recruiting function
- TA Training and Onboarding:
- Lead onboarding of system and processes for all new TA Teammates in partnership with their hiring manager
- Create and maintain all TA training materials, toolkits, and QRG’s via a centralized site for Recruitment resources to allow easy access to information and process definitions
- Supporting hiring manager interview training as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
- 3-4 years' experience in functional Workday Recruiting capacity, including process design and analytics
- Experienced in the vendor vetting and procurement process as it relates to technical solutions and vendor partners
- Run and analyze data and bring forward challenging insights or recommendations
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs
- Workday Pro Certification is a plus but not required
