[Remote] Senior Manager, Growth (DTC)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ForceBrands is a rapidly growing, subscription-first consumer brand in the health and wellness space. They are seeking a Senior Manager, Growth (DTC) to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention while partnering closely with executive leadership on growth initiatives across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day management of CRO/web optimization and email/SMS lifecycle marketing through agency partners
- Develop clear creative and testing briefs while managing execution from concept through launch
- Monitor KPIs including conversion rate, subscription opt-in, retention, revenue per send, deliverability, and customer lifetime value
- Analyze performance data, identify opportunities, and recommend tests to improve growth metrics
- Support subscription and retention initiatives including onboarding, churn reduction, and customer lifecycle optimization
- Collaborate on paid media, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and organic search initiatives
- Manage marketing calendars, product launches, promotions, and cross-functional execution
- Hold agency partners accountable for quality, timelines, and performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting with actionable insights for leadership
Skills
- 4 to 7 years of experience in DTC growth marketing, preferably within subscription-based consumer products or food & beverage
- Proven success managing agencies or external marketing partners
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies
- Experience with email and SMS lifecycle marketing strategy, segmentation, and automation
- Knowledge of subscription businesses and retention marketing
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and common ecommerce technology platforms
- Comfortable analyzing marketing performance across multiple channels and making data-driven decisions
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, high-growth environment
