[Remote] Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Drive TPO is a company that helps mortgage brokers move faster and compete smarter in the wholesale mortgage space. The Account Executive is responsible for developing new broker relationships and supporting existing partners to drive account activity and maximize production opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Solicit, develop, and manage a prospective B2B client pipeline
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale broker partners and prospective accounts
- Develop tactical sales strategies to maximize production opportunities and increase market share
- Manage pipeline activity and maintain acceptable performance metrics as determined by Drive TPO
- Monitor approved account activity, focusing on production, wallet share, relationship quality, and market-share growth
- Engage current and prospective broker partners through phone, email, direct marketing, social media, video meetings, and in-person meetings when appropriate
- Use CRM tools and prescribed sales metrics to manage outbound activity, track engagement, and improve results
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience, internal workflows, and overall efficiency
- Communicate regularly with operations, underwriting, fulfillment, and support teams to help resolve issues and support broker success
- Provide market intelligence, competitive feedback, and product insights to leadership
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, lending guidelines, company bulletins, training materials, and wholesale mortgage updates
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Drive TPO policies, procedures, products, guidelines, and technology
- Conduct individual and group presentations by phone, video, or in person to present Drive TPO’s processes, products, and technology platforms
- Share ideas, strategies, and best practices with the team and serve as a peer mentor when needed
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a wholesale Account Executive
- Proven production history and established broker relationships
- Knowledge of Non-QM loan products and guidelines
- Knowledge of jumbo, agency, and government loan programs
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to learn quickly and apply product, guideline, and process knowledge in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work remotely while establishing, maintaining, and growing broker relationships through phone, email, video, social media, and in-person meetings when appropriate
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the United States
- College degree preferred
