[Remote] Wholesale Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EPM is a leading mortgage lender in the U.S. seeking Account Executives to develop lending relationships with third-party originators and expand existing accounts. The role involves managing accounts, providing training, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service and support.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard qualified third-party originator/broker accounts
- Conduct sales calls with prospective and current accounts to assess strategic fit and opportunities
- Provide training to accounts on systems, policies, procedures, products, and updates
- Offer support and service to accounts and their staff
- Act as a liaison between accounts and the Equity operations teams
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to maintain professional partnerships with accounts
- Actively manage accounts pipeline and provide loan projections to management
- Prioritize and allocate time and resources effectively to meet goals
- Additional responsibilities related to business needs
Skills
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Recent experience as a Wholesale Account Executive required
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience required
- Completion of Anti-Money Laundering, Fair Lending, and Equity Origination training required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-starter: highly motivated, dependable, and self-reliant
- Strong time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in overcoming sales obstacles
- Working knowledge of the wholesale lending process, loan programs, guidelines, and regulations
- Familiarity with local and regional markets and lender competition
