[Remote] Junior Business Requirements Analyst

They are seeking a Junior Business Requirements Analyst who will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating discussions with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for prioritized initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on scope and requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable, and testable requirements
- Define current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes and workflows
- Support solution design through wireframes, visuals, and process documentation as needed
- Manage requirements through approval, change control, and scope management processes
- Develop and execute UAT plans and test cases aligned to requirements
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT/development teams
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to efficiency and user experience
- Support operational readiness for system and process changes
- Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to BA standards and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 0-2 years of business analysis experience
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate complex business needs into requirements
- Experience identifying process gaps and recommending improvements
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Comfortable working with data to support decision-making
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams
- Experience with diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exposure to UI/UX tools such as Figma or InVision
