[Remote] WFH - Business Development Advisor
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Virtualite is a Business Process Outsourcing Services company that helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management. They are currently looking for business development advisors to generate new business opportunities and guide prospects through consultative sales conversations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound outreach and inbound leads
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover challenges and goals
- Present Virtualite’s service solutions to potential clients
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations and follow-ups
- Collaborate with sales, onboarding, and operations teams to support conversions
Skills
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Consultative selling mindset with the ability to guide decision-making
- Self-motivated, organized, and effective in a remote work environment
- Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plus but not required
- Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
