[Remote] Marketing Director

They are seeking a Marketing Director to own and scale their marketing function across B2C and B2B, leading the team and executing growth strategies to enhance their market presence.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the full-funnel growth strategy across B2C and B2B, supporting pipeline, launches, and key announcements, and turning our B2C base into a high-performing B2B lead-gen engine
- Lead demand generation across priority markets, scaling acquisition and optimizing CAC/LTV across paid, organic, and referral channels
- Run webinars and lead events and conferences: end-to-end promotion, registrations, live coverage, and follow-ups
- Own the brand and content engine across all our channels (LinkedIn, employer branding, blogs, newsletters, email flows, case studies, landing pages, decks), turning clinical evidence, KOL voices, and real-world outcomes into stories that land with clinicians, health systems, and investors
- Own the website and marketing tech stack (HubSpot CRM, automation, personalization), keeping pages conversion-focused and decisions data-driven
- Track and report performance, monitoring key funnel metrics and iterating continuously
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team and manage external partners to protect brand consistency
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Clinical to refine messaging, GTM strategy, and customer engagement models
