[Remote] VP, Product Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Optro is the leading audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform on the market, having surpassed $300M ARR and continuing to grow. The VP of Product Marketing will architect Optro's market presence and commercial strategy, driving the transition to a future-ready platform in the AI era.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale the product marketing organization. You will focus on the professional development of functional leads, fostering a high-output culture that balances strategic rigour with creative execution
- Drive the overarching go-to-market framework for Optro’s portfolio, ensuring seamless alignment between product roadmaps and revenue targets
- Synthesize complex technical capabilities, particularly our shift toward AI-native and agentic GRC, into compelling narratives that resonate with C-suite buyers and industry analysts
- Own the commercial architecture of our offerings, leading the strategy for price discovery, discounting frameworks, and bundle optimization to maximize LTV and market penetration
- Support the global ecosystem strategy, developing co-marketing programs and channel enablement that drive lead generation and brand preference
- Lead a dedicated function to monitor and analyze market shifts, translating them into actionable battlecards and strategic pivots to neutralize competitive threats
- Support the customer advocacy function to ensure the voice of the customer is integrated into our value propositions and market communication
Skills
- 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing (PMM) or Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment
- Background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or have led marketing at an AI-forward company
- Proven track record of empowering and coaching managers to reach their full potential
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively across Product, Sales, and the broader C-suite
- Deep expertise across the core pillars of the role including Product, Partner, Competitive Intelligence, and Pricing
- Strong understanding of SaaS economics and revenue modeling; specific experience in Pricing Strategy is a significant plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
- Ability to establish unified reporting cadences and finalize comprehensive GTM strategies that drive measurable increases in win rates
